How to Shabu Shabu
1. Choose Your Base
2. Pick Your Meats/Seafood
Beef, Pork, & Salmon are Yoshi's favorites.
3. Season Sauces
Goma Sesame Peanut (gf)
Add: garlic, green onions, rayu (mild red oil) & ichimi (red pepper)
Cirtrus Ponzu (tangy and sweet)
Add: garlic, green onion, daikon (flavorless radish for textures), rayu (mild red iol( & ichimi (red pepper)
Roasted Garlic Teriyaki
Add: green onion
* Optional condiments: fresh jalapeno
4. Cook Meats & Veggies
5. Submerge in sauces
Eat with rice. Unlimited sauce, vegetables and rice per order
6. Save Noodles
For the soup at the end or eat them with your favorite sauce!

Soft-boiled, hard-boiled, poached, scrambled, drop style.
